Silly Sailor

Silly Sailor is a fictional character, the secondary antagonist of the Radioactive Man movie as depicted in the Simpsons episode "Radioactive Man." The character has no apparent superpowers, but seems partially inspired by the Joker, inasmuch as he often uses pranks to entrap victims. He also makes near-constant use of nautical puns and other corny, clownish humor.

Silly Sailor first meets his enemy Radioactive Man when the latter thwarts a hijacking of his ship. Enraged over his perceived humiliation, Silly Sailor decides to work for insane clown supervillain Dr. Clownius. As Clownius' henchman, Silly Sailor abducts Gloria Grand and tries to kill Radioactive Man in a death trap in an abandoned reservoir. The hero escapes and catches up with Silly Sailor in his getaway boat. He rescues Gloria and captures Silly Sailor and his gang of clowns.

Krusty the Clown plays both Silly Sailor and Dr. Clownius. In the film, he beats up both Radioactive Man and Fallout Boy and imprisons them in his floating lair, Aqua World.
